Job Purpose / Objective

Administer, teach, assess and manage training courses to meet the demands of ADC personnel.

Key Accountabilities 1

  • Lead, teach, onboard and evaluate new Instructors.
  • Analyze the training need and design/propose a solution to close the gap in this competency.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness.
  • Normalization of training courses to be delivered by all Instructors’ with the same standard.
  • Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses need and expectations
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
  • Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
  • Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.
  • Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.
  • Organize trainer’s schedule.

Relevant Experience/ Skills – Minimum

  • Minimum of 5 years of field supervisor level
  • Experience in SAP environment a plus. And HR software, databases, and management systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills and Proficient in English Language. 
  • Intermediate computer skills to include Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point and other Microsoft Office environment.
