Job Purpose / Objective

Manage Material requisitioning including warehouse control, material orders repair and return material and inventory.

Key Accountabilities 1

  • Initiate Requisition Orders as per rig requirements and follow on PR and PO. 
  • Receive material in warehouse stock as per ADC standard policies & procedures, monitoring open TR/TO's and its confirmation, and complete all transaction documents.
  • Maintain Warehouse filing system, and maintain logs and registers as per ADC stander and policy. 
  • Follow up with assets retirement documents. 
  • Follow up with services provide on rig sit and receive services in rig, issue SES related to those orders. 
  • Receive transfer material and close all related STO. 
  • Issue materials (frequency on rig & against PM orders) 
  • Track Monthly Budget related to Ordering non-stock material, Goods Issue (non WBS), and Monthly SES spends. 
  • Identify excess inventory items and its onward physical movement to Dhahran Warehouse after management approval. 
  • Maintain daily SAP transactions, like Goods reception, Issue out, closing ETO, STO. 
  • Track Rejected PRs and make sure to share the reason to requesters. 
  • Initiate PIR (Procurement Incident Report) and material returns to Dhahran. 
  • Observe stock to order or to minimize the stock value and that we should be always alert. 
  • Prepare special MR's or equipment for Rig move, assist all department and follow up the required material, spud in requirement always need more time and attention. 
  • Participate in safety activities (i.e. Stop Cards, OI'S in Quest). 
  • Charge Back, Warranty, Repair & Return Items — PR follow up, and Ensure back-load is properly labeled & manifested.

Key Accountabilities 2

  • Perform Inventory Cycle Count generated from SAP and report closure to Rig Manager Supply Chain Leader. 
  • Perform and facilitate Annual Inventory Count and participate with Count Committee from Finance & Operations. 
  • Fulfil the PR quality as per ADC standard. 
  • Submit monthly report of warehouse transactions.
  • Submit periodic report of inventory. 
  • Ensure all items are well organized and correctly stored in bins according to organizational standards fully identified and easily accessible.
  • Keeping accurate records of spares needed during operations
     

Key Accountabilities 3

Relevant Experience/ Skills – Minimum

3 years’ experience in oil field operation.
Interpersonal skills including:

  • Experience in different types of computer skills.
  • Adequate English Language, able to communicate properly both verbal and in writing.
  • Has a good knowledge about the materials “spare parts and Rig equipment. 
  • Analytically driven with ability to understand & work with large datasets. 
  • Familiar in the use of enterprise resource planning / warehouse management system applications and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
