Job Purpose / Objective

Other responsibilities:

  • Checking, verifying invoices with fares/ details.
  • Review all PMF's for correctness with respect to ADC policies.
  • Accommodation booking and Transportation arrangements, if required.
  • One Rig visit per quarter to meet with Rig Admin/Medic & Rig Supd.

Key Accountabilities 1

  • Document Preparation and Reporting:

  • Prepare and update the Crew Change planning of all Rig crews for the assigned Rigs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support all ticketing related matters.  Ensure the highest quality of supporting documentation and authorizations are maintained.
  • Ensure all CV’s for the crew in the rig are updated with the help of Rig Administrator.
  • Ensure airline fare/ agreements are in line with the company policy.
  • Follow-up on the monthly Saudization report with the rig admin/medic.
  • SAP Timesheet out of schedule adjustments and reporting of no shows
  • SF Code Adjustments as per operations needs
