Job Purpose / Objective
Assist the legal team by performing a variety legal works in support of AD’s administrative and operational activities.
Key Accountabilities 1
- Assist in advising the company’s departments on a variety of legal issues including but not limited to regulatory, licensing, compliance, operational, and HR matters.
- Liaise with external parties, government agencies and other competent authorities.
- Assist when requested in investigations of employees’ misconduct and violations.
- Conduct research on legal issues related to the company and prepare written opinions.
- Draft, review, modify and negotiate different types of contracts and agreements.
- Represent the company in litigation and liaise with all concerned departments to gather all facts and detail related to the disputes.
- Stay up to date with changes to laws and regulations that directly affect AD and its subsidiaries.
- Attend General Assembly and Board meetings when requested.
- Any related legal tasks that are assigned by Senior Counsels.

Relevant Experience/ Skills – Minimum
- Fresh graduate with up to 2 years of experience in the same field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy and ability to operate MS office and SAP software.
- Fluent in English language.
