Job Purpose / Objective

Assist the legal team by performing a variety legal works in support of AD’s administrative and operational activities.

Key Accountabilities 1

  • Assist in advising the company’s departments on a variety of legal issues including but not limited to regulatory, licensing, compliance, operational, and HR matters. 
  • Liaise with external parties, government agencies and other competent authorities.
  • Assist when requested in investigations of employees’ misconduct and violations.
  • Conduct research on legal issues related to the company and prepare written opinions. 
  • Draft, review, modify and negotiate different types of contracts and agreements. 
  • Represent the company in litigation and liaise with all concerned departments to gather all facts and detail related to the disputes.     
  • Stay up to date with changes to laws and regulations that directly affect AD and its subsidiaries. 
  • Attend General Assembly and Board meetings when requested. 
  • Any related legal tasks that are assigned by Senior Counsels.

Relevant Experience/ Skills – Minimum

  • Fresh graduate with up to 2 years of experience in the same field. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy and ability to operate MS office and SAP software.
  • Fluent in English language.
