Job Purpose
The Technical Training Instructor develops and delivers training programs on the technical aspects of drilling operations for employees in the field. This role focuses on equipping personnel with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and safely handle various drilling engines used on drilling rigs.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Total Years of Experience (Minimum)
10 years of experience in drilling operations.
Relevant Experience
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Experience in drilling operations with a focus on CAT engine operation and maintenance.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a way that is easy to understand.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse learners.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory requirements related to drilling operations.
