Job Purpose

This role serves as a key liaison between the HR department and the business. The Sr. HRBP is responsible for aligning business objectives with HR strategies, providing strategic and operational HR support and partnering with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives within the assigned business units.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management
HR Policy and Procedure Implementation
Data-Driven Insights and Decision Making:
Talent Management and Succession Planning
Organizational Representation and Collaboration
Operational Efficiency and Compliance

Total Years of Experience (Minimum)

  • 8 years of experience across all HR verticals or in a similar HR business partnering role.

Relevant Experience

  • at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into HR strategies and solutions.
  • Effective coaching and partnering capability combined with the ability to influence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR information systems.

Education / Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

Certifications

SHRM Certfied Professional (SHRM-CP)
CIPD
