Job Purpose

To ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of mechanical maintenance operations by administering and optimizing the maintenance management system (CMMS). This role involves overseeing the technical integrity and quality of planned maintenance tasks, driving process improvements, and providing critical support for technical investigations and change evaluations.

Total Years of Experience (Minimum)

  • 12 Years of experience

Relevant Experience

  • Experienced as field technician with maintenance equipment (Eg. Chief Electrician, Electronic Technician)
  • Proven experience in a mechanical maintenance role within the drilling or a related heavy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of rig equipment and maintenance workflows.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Experience in reliability engineering and failure analysis.
  • Familiarity with HSE standards and regulatory compliance.

Education / Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Equivalent Experience

Certifications

Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)
