You will lead and manage a team of IT professionals, overseeing the analysis, design, implementation, and support of business-driven IT solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned IT professional with strong technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills, seeking to contribute to the strategic direction and success.

• Experience with various IT solution development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience managing and motivating IT teams with diverse technical skills.
