Job Purpose
This position demands leadership and oversight of all aspects of operations on offshore rigs. The Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) serves as the Man in Charge (MIC), responsible for the safety, efficiency, and profitability of the project, adhering to strict company policies, regulations, and industry best practices. The OIM oversees and manages all resources on the rig, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure the successful execution of drilling operations, maintenance activities, and adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols. This encompasses asset management and protection, ensuring the integrity of the rig and equipment.
