Job Purpose
This position ensures the safety and operational excellence of drilling operations by evaluating electrical crews, procedures, and equipment adherence to company standards and industry best practices. The Competency Assessor utilizes a combination of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and assessment experience to fulfill this critical role. Responsibilities include leading the assessment of personnel on drilling rigs, ensuring completion within designated timelines and delivering Individual Development Plans (IDPs). The role demands flexibility, with the ability to work both onshore and offshore depending on operational needs, and to provide special assistance for audits, projects, or office work when required.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Total Years of Experience (Minimum)

10 years of experience in electrical operation (Onshore & Offshore)

2 Years minimum as electrical PMS
Relevant Experience

Experience in conducting assessments of Electrical crews or operations.

Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.

Strong understanding of electrical principles and practices.

Experience in conducting projects, audits and training.
