Job Purpose / Objective

Provide high level of ERP systems support to ADC group and specially assigned business module. Involve in new implementation projects and system enhancements/developments.

Key Accountabilities 1

  • Primarily responsible for Handling tickets and application support to the End users
  • When an issue comes diagnose, analyze and solve the issue
  • Assist in resolving all L1 support tickets
  • Writing functional specs and interacting with ABAPers to develop any user exits
  • Training the end users and preparing end user training material
  • Work closely with ADC support partner on the prioritize ticket resolution (L2) and provide solution to business users in timely manner.
  • Listen and write down business user requirements
  • Perform unit testing of changes (configuration, custom development, etc.) in development and quality environments, including regression testing of functionality that may be impacted by change.
  • Schedule a meeting between business users and ADC support partner to gather and clarify the requirements.
  • Get involved in assigned projects including meetings, requirements gathering, data cleansing, data upload and make sure that project activities are done prior activity deadline
  • Make sure that solution delivered is tested by ADC support partner using testing evidence prior to IT and business testing stage
  • Review solution design document and functional specification and preserve versions of those documents

Relevant Experience/ Skills – Minimum

  • 3 or more years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Part of one or more SAP implementation team
  • Oil & Gas industry experience will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent customer service, communication skills in both verbal and written
  • Experienced working in SAP environment, basic understanding of SAP master data and transactional data processing.
  • Hands on in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), operating system, service desk management tools and basic knowledge in hardware and software concepts.
  • Attention to detail, great root cause analysis and trouble shooting skills.
  • Ability to effectively handle stress and engage in continuous learning
  • Able to create business process flows and detailed user requirement documentation 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment and handle multiple issues at once
